grounded flow was born out of a decade of practice, study and transformation.

Ten years ago, I suffered from horrible posture and nearly needed shoulder surgery. I transformed my body and mind through years of private hands-on yoga under my teacher, Khun Note, in Thailand.

Years of hands-on classes deepened my understanding of alignment principles and how to offer thoughtful adjustments, with a touch of Thai hospitality.

In 2023 I completed my RYT-200 certification at Origin Yoga in Capetown and have been offering classes since.  I’m honored to share my love and passion for yoga with others.

I continue to learn through online sessions with Khun Note and live group classes.
